From July 31 to August 1, 2019, the Parking Equipment Working Committee of the China Heavy Machinery Industry Association held the 2019 Annual Technical Seminar on Mechanical Parking Equipment and the Industry Association Council Meeting in Harbin, Heilongjiang. Themed "Craftsmanship, Innovation, and Integration," the meeting attracted 192 representatives from parking equipment manufacturing enterprises and related enterprises nationwide.
At the meeting, Shang Hong, a first-level research fellow from the Elevator and Hoisting Machinery Section of the Special Equipment Bureau of the State Administration for Market Regulation, interpreted the new licensing rules, including the "Licensing Rules for Special Equipment Production and Filling Units" (TSG 07-2019), which came into effect on June 1, 2019, and answered questions on site.
