On April 23, 2018, Laiwu Transportation Development Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Tada Garage Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held a grand signing ceremony for the "Laiwu Smart City Transportation Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" at the Tada Industrial Park in Gangcheng District, Laiwu City, Shandong Province.

The leaders and company executives who attended the signing ceremony were: Chen Maoyu, director of the Laiwu City Smart City Construction Promotion Office; Jiang Yuanli, deputy director of the Laiwu City PPP Project Management Center; Li Xiufang, deputy district head of Gangcheng District; Ge Xianjun, director of the Gangcheng District Science and Technology Bureau; Jin Fengyu, secretary of the Party Committee and chairman of the Laiwu City Transportation Development Group; Zhu Congfeng, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Laiwu City Transportation Development Group; Zheng Zhiguo, general manager of Laiwu Smart City Construction and Operation Co., Ltd.; Zhou Hui, chairman of Shandong Tada Garage; and Zhai Bin, deputy general manager of Shandong Tada Garage, among others.
The "Laiwu Smart City Parking Project" integrates the resource advantages of Laiwu Transportation Development Group and the product advantages of Shandong Tada Garage Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to develop three-dimensional parking resources in Laiwu City, increase parking spaces, strengthen urban static traffic management, and alleviate the increasingly serious "parking difficulties" during the city's rapid development. The successful signing marks the entry of Laiwu's smart transportation construction into the substantive operation phase. This is a major move by the Laiwu municipal government under the background of deepening supply-side structural reforms and actively exploring development methods and mechanisms to promote the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.
