How to ensure the safety and maintenance of a three-dimensional parking garage's electrical system
Release Time:
2019-07-03
The electrical system of a three-dimensional parking garage should have functions such as short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, zero-position protection, phase-failure protection, overload protection, interlocking protection, and limit protection.
1 Main Circuit System
1.1 Parking equipment shall adopt dual power supply, and can rely on ATS automatic switching device for reliable switching; single power supply should be equipped with a generator.
1.2 The wiring method of parking equipment shall be AC380V three-phase five-wire system, and the wire color shall conform to the standard; the wiring shall be neat and without looseness or exposure, and the wire number marking shall be clearly visible.
1.3 The main isolating switch and main contactor shall work sensitively, and the contacts shall have no sticking or abnormal noise.
1.4 The inverter should work normally, and its cooling fan should work normally without abnormal noise.
1.5 Motor
1.5.1 The motor should not overheat or make abnormal noise during operation.
1.5.2 The braking system of the motor shall meet the technical requirements of 5.4.5 in GB17907-2010.
1.5.3 The motor shall use a thermal relay protector that meets the power requirements of the motor and is manually resettable.
1.5.4 When operating at full load, the voltage loss at the motor end shall not exceed 15% of the rated voltage.
1.5.5 Aged, cracked, severely scratched, or exposed cables shall be replaced in time.
2 Electrical Control System
2.1 Operation Panel
2.1.1 The panel should be clean, buttons and indicator lights should be undamaged, indicator signals or switches should be normal, without failure or out-of-control phenomena, and terminal wiring should be tightened.
2.1.2 Outdoor LCD operation screens should have reliable waterproof and anti-direct strong light facilities.
2.2 Electrical Control Cabinet
2.2.1 The inside of the electrical control cabinet should be kept clean, without water or dust accumulation, and dusted at least once per quarter.
2.2.2 Relays, contactors, and switching power supplies should work normally, and terminal wiring should be tightened.
2.2.3 When energized, the power light (POWER), running light (RUN), etc. of the main controller should be in normal status.
2.2.4 The phase sequence protector should be effective.
2.2.5 Wiring meets requirements, various lines and joints are neat, without exposure, looseness, or damage, protective sleeves are intact, and wire number markings are clearly visible.
2.3 Switch
2.3.1 Firm, without looseness or misalignment.
2.3.2 For proximity switches installed vertically upwards, ensure that there are no foreign objects affecting the normal signal.
2.4 Lighting facilities should work normally.
3 Electrical Safety Protection
3.1 The protection level of the electrical control equipment shell shall meet the technical requirements of clause 5.6.6.2 in GB 17907-2010.
3.2 The metal structure and all metal shells, conduits, cable metal protective layers, and low-voltage sides of transformers of electrical equipment shall be reliably grounded, and the grounding wire connection shall comply with the provisions in GB 50169-2006.
3.3 Grounding wires and grounding flat steel are intact and undamaged, and the grounding resistance of the protective grounding system shall not be greater than 4Ω.
3.4 The lightning protection facilities of outdoor parking equipment shall be intact and reliable, and shall be inspected at least once a year, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 10Ω.
3.5 The insulation resistance measured when 500V (d.c) is applied between the power circuit wires and the protective grounding shall not be less than 1MΩ.
3.6 The controller shall dynamically track the parking equipment, and shall have protective functions such as running timeout, undertime, and malfunction protection. Anomalies during equipment operation shall trigger an alarm.
3.7 It should have functions such as short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, zero-position protection, phase-failure protection, overload protection, interlock protection, and limit protection.
3.8 All electrical equipment is fixed reliably, and the audio-visual signal devices work normally.
