Three-dimensional car parks are special equipment, and many safety precautions need to be taken during construction.

Automated parking garages are considered special equipment, and the following measures should be taken during construction:

1. Maintain a strict fire prevention distance from surrounding flammable and explosive objects, units, and high-voltage electrical facilities.
2. One-way traffic should be adopted in the automated parking garage area, and the roadway must have sufficient width and turning radius to ensure safe vehicle passage. To reduce the number of vehicle turns and keep the visibility distance within 50-80m, the roadway should be kept as straight as possible.
3. The layout of an independent automated parking garage can be divided into parking areas, maintenance areas, dispatch and management areas, and auxiliary areas.
4. Ramps for multi-story automated parking garages should be located outside the main building. If conditions do not permit, they can be located in the middle, on both sides, or at both ends of the building, but in this case, attention must be paid to the column grid and structural treatment of the main building used for parking.
5. Automated parking garages should be located in areas with good hydrogeological conditions, spacious exits, exhaust vents not facing buildings, parks, squares, or other public places with high pollution, and should avoid groundwater and particularly complex geological structures.
6. Underground automated parking garages are mainly used for parking, while other buildings are arranged above ground. The building area of the underground parking garage is determined at 70m2 per standard vehicle.
7. Automated parking equipment should comply with certain angle standards. During design, the plane shape of the parking area should be considered, and the type that allows the most freedom of entry and exit and occupies the smallest building area in the parking area should be selected as the parking form for that area.
8. The site selection for multi-story automated parking garages is basically the same as that for parking lots, except that the geological conditions and foundation engineering must meet the design requirements of multi-story buildings.
