The Shandong Provincial Hospital East Campus automated parking garage adopts a PSH two-level puzzle parking system. Its operating principle is similar to a Rubik's Cube, using the lifting and shifting of the car-carrying plates to achieve intelligent, three-dimensional car storage. The topmost car-carrying plate is only used for lifting, and the ground-level car-carrying plate is only used for shifting.
When parking, the user drives the car to the automated parking equipment with an available space, selects the target mechanical parking space, and enters a password or swipes a card. The parking space below the target car-carrying plate shifts horizontally to create a descending channel for the target space. The car-carrying plate of the target space descends to the ground via the lifting system. The user drives the car onto the car-carrying plate in reverse and parks. After the user has parked the vehicle properly, they leave the car-carrying plate and swipe their card again at the control panel. The parking system will automatically store the vehicle in the target space, completing the entire parking process. With this type of automated parking equipment, vehicles can be directly reversed into the automated parking garage after swiping the card at the ground-level parking space.
When retrieving a vehicle, the user swipes their card or enters a password, and the parking space below the target space shifts horizontally to create a descending channel for the target space. The target space descends to the ground via the lifting system, completing the entire retrieval process.
