Located on Jianshe Wuma Road, Guangzhou Hao Shijie Apartment is surrounded by office buildings, hotels, and shopping malls such as Hao Shijie Plaza, Yi'an Plaza, and Garden Hotel. There are also numerous Western restaurants and fast-food outlets nearby. Due to the strong commercial atmosphere, parking resources are scarce, and the demand for parking spaces is high. After completion, it greatly alleviates the parking difficulties in the surrounding area and effectively regulates road traffic.
This project is located in the basement of the Hao Shijie Apartment main building. Cars are transported from the ground-level entrance and exit to the underground parking level by a lift. A four-layer concrete structure parking area is established in the basement, making full use of the space.
The car parking was built in 2007 year, underground 4 level, with 2 entrances and exits available for vehicle entry, totaling 99 parking spaces. The main configuration is 1 units of Italian-imported handling equipment, 1 stacker cranes, 2 entrance and exit lifts with turntables. Parking users only need to drive the car to the entrance and exit, and the system will automatically store the car in a parking space.
Turntables are set at the entrance and exit, and vehicles automatically turn around before exiting; vehicles can enter and exit straight, enabling straight-line flow and no cross-operation, improving the efficiency of continuous vehicle access and retrieval.
The working principle of this project is: the aisle stacker crane moves horizontally and vertically simultaneously to find a parking space for access and retrieval, and uses the red elf handler on the aisle stacker crane to access and retrieve parked vehicles. It can realize the synchronization of vertical lifting, horizontal movement, and automatic access and retrieval on one device.
The Guangzhou Hao Shijie Apartment multi-story car parking uses aisle stacking type parking equipment effectively solving the parking problem around the apartment, and is a classic case among Guangzhou multi-story car parking cases.
