Xiamen Haicang Administrative Affairs Center Automated Parking Garage
Located west of the Cultural Center in Haicang District, Xiamen, this automated parking garage project was invested in and constructed as a solution to the parking difficulties surrounding the district government. The automated parking garage not only solves the parking problem but also enhances the surrounding urban landscape, adding beauty to the beautiful island city of Xiamen.
The Haicang District Administrative Center's automated parking garage uses prefabricated assembly technology. It is a new type of intelligent underground automated parking garage in China. It has five major advantages: small land occupation, small construction site, short construction period, easy vehicle access and retrieval, and high safety. The garage design considers the caisson construction process, eliminating the need for slope excavation, ensuring the safety of surrounding building structures, shortening the construction period, and reducing environmental pollution. It can be built in densely populated urban areas, especially suitable for gaps in old residential areas, courtyards, and urban green spaces.
Project Overview
The Xiamen Administrative Affairs Center's caisson-type automated parking garage project has a total of 100 fully automated parking spaces, with two systems, each with 50 parking spaces. The underground garage is divided into five parking levels, each with 10 parking spaces, for a total of 50 spaces per garage. The garage has an inner diameter of 20 meters and an excavation depth of approximately 17 meters, with a parking level net height of 1.8 meters.
