How Does It Work
When storing the car, the car is parked on the car board at the entrance and exit of the mechanical parking lot. The detection device at the entrance can detect the vehicle's length, width, height and other data to park the vehicle on parking levels of different heights. After the vehicle is tested, the car-type lifting mechanism lifts the car and the car board vertically to the designated floor. Then the traverse mechanism with friction wheels installed on the car sends the vehicle and the car board into the designated storage space.
When picking up the car, the user swipes a card at the entrance or exit of the parking lot or makes an appointment through the APP, and the system sends instructions to the PLC. The car-type lifting mechanism is lifted to the designated parking level, and then the traverse mechanism with friction wheels installed on the car moves the car board and the car from the designated parking space into the car. Finally, the vehicle is transported to the entrance and exit of the parking lot and the head of the car is turned to the exit direction, which is convenient for users to pick up the car.
