Recently, Shenyang Daily's multi-story parking garage received the first government subsidy in Shenyang, indicating that Shenyang's subsidy for multi-story parking garages is real and effective. This is commendable. According to Shenyang's multi-story parking garage incentive policy, the subsidy funds will be divided into four categories: single above-ground parking building projects and independently built dedicated underground parking garage projects, with a subsidy of 8000 yuan/parking space.
December 14, 2020, marked an important day for businesses investing in automated parking garages in Shenyang. Shenyang Daily Automated Parking Garage received the first government subsidy in Shenyang. To accelerate the construction of automated parking garages, Shenyang has introduced relevant policies to subsidize eligible public automated parking facilities.

This subsidized public automated parking garage project is located near the intersection of Bei Sanjing Street and Jiuwei Road in Shenhe District. This automated parking garage utilizes the space of 4 ground parking spaces to provide 40 mechanical parking spaces , significantly increasing the number of parking spaces and solving the parking difficulties for nearby residents. In addition, the automated parking garage also has the advantages of being fully enclosed, having a short construction period, and being easy to use. When parking, simply drive the car onto the platform turntable, swipe your card, and the parking robot will automatically park the car in the nearest available space in the automated parking garage. When retrieving the car, the car will be automatically turned at the entrance and exit of the automated parking garage for easy driver access.
Since the introduction of the subsidy policy, more than a dozen automated parking garages have been started in Shenyang, and currently 5 automated parking garages have started operation and applied for subsidies.

According to Shenyang's automated parking garage incentive policy standards, subsidy funds will be divided into four categories: single-unit above-ground parking building projects and independently built dedicated underground parking garage projects, with subsidies provided at a standard of 8000 yuan/parking space; mechanical automated parking facility projects, with subsidies provided at a standard of 3000-8000 yuan/parking space; projects that install mechanical automated parking equipment in single-unit above-ground parking buildings or independently built dedicated underground parking garages, with subsidies provided at a standard of 8000 yuan/parking space, and will not receive subsidies from other categories at the same time; projects jointly invested and constructed by social capital and government funds, with subsidies provided according to the proportion of social capital in the investment amount.
