Among them, three mechanical multi-story parking garages will be built at 78 Jiefang Road, Fogang, Guangdong (next to the former mattress factory storefront), 411 Huancheng East Road, Fogang, Guangdong (next to the entrance of the Yujiangnan Mingdi residential area), and 23 Zhenxing Middle Road, Fogang, Guangdong (County City Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau compound). After the completion of this multi-story parking garage project, it will provide 420 ground-level mechanical parking spaces, greatly alleviating the parking difficulties in the county, especially in the central area. Many car owners are looking forward to this.
The parking mode of mechanical multi-story parking garages is more advanced and faster, and can achieve unattended autonomous vehicle storage and retrieval, which is convenient and efficient. After the vehicle enters the parking garage, the intelligent parking management system detects the vehicle's length, width, and height, and identifies the vehicle type, so the system can guide the vehicle to the designated location.
According to the relevant design plan, the "smart parking" construction project will also carry out smart parking construction for parking spaces in urban roads. At the same time, a "single map" of urban parking spaces will be created, and parking lot locations and parking spaces information will be legally and regulatedly opened to the public, realizing functions such as parking information inquiry, parking space reservation, parking space guidance, and contactless payment.
After the completion of this project, a flexible differentiated charging model will be adopted, with time-limited free or charged parking by road section and time period, giving full play to the role of price leverage, effectively improving the utilization rate and turnover rate of parking spaces in various road sections, and solving the problem of parking difficulties.
