The Quanzhou City Motor Vehicle Parking Management Regulations will officially come into effect on July 1. The Regulations consist of 6 chapters and 48 articles, covering parking lot planning and construction, parking space management, parking behavior management, and encouraging the construction of parking garages and multi-story, intelligent parking facilities.
