  • Job Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for handling the entire process of receiving, responding to, and following up on parking lot user inquiries/complaints/incidents, ensuring closure;
    2. Establish good relationships with customers and understand and explore customer needs;
    3. Possess the awareness and ability to handle problems, arrange progress, follow up on processes, communicate, and provide service for difficult issues, maximizing customer satisfaction.
    4. Responsible for the daily management of the customer service team, confirmation and evaluation of team performance.
    5. Continuously receive various business and skills enhancement training from the company.

    Recruitment Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or above, with certain customer service knowledge and skills.
    2. Must have a "customer-first" service spirit, always starting from helping and satisfying customers.
    3. Calm, patient personality, good listener, empathetic, optimistic, and positive. Standard and fluent Mandarin, quick response.
    4. Love the job, dedicated, diligent, willing to think, with a subjective desire for self-development and self-learning ability.
    5. Female, height no less than 162cm, no bad habits, no tattoos, good image and temperament, 18-45 years old.
