The PSH model lifting and sliding puzzle parking system is currently the most widely used type on the market, a semi-automated parking solution, and is also one of the highest market share types of semi-automated parking garages in China.
PSH two-level lifting and sliding puzzle parking system using a motor-driven wire rope or chain lifting method, a two-level mechanical parking lift can be built, either above ground or underground. Above ground, up to eight levels can be designed, with the entrance and exit on the ground floor. Using a large-span design, it is very suitable for construction in landscaped squares, residential buildings, and office building basements. Compared with similar equipment, it makes full use of the underground space and is a type of equipment with relatively high space utilization.
The PSH two-level lifting and sliding puzzle parking lift adopts a parking solution that uses car deck lifting or sliding to achieve vehicle access. Its scale can be large or small, and it can be arbitrarily combined and arranged according to different terrains and spaces. It has high space utilization, reliable equipment safety, fast vehicle access, and simple use and maintenance. Therefore, it is a double-story semi-automated parking solution with a small footprint and low construction costs.
The PSH two-level lifting and sliding semi-automated parking garage can build 5 mechanical parking spaces in the space of 3 parking spaces, making it a suitable automated parking solution for old community renovations.

Equipment Composition
The PSH two-level lifting and sliding automated parking garage is mainly composed of steel structures, car decks, lifting systems, shifting systems, transmission parts, safety protection systems, and a PLC fully automatic control system.
Equipment Principle
The PSH two-level lifting and sliding puzzle parking semi-automated parking garage is suitable for adding parking spaces in newly built communities and old community renovations. Its operating principle is like a Rubik's Cube, using the lifting and shifting of the car deck to achieve intelligent storage of cars. The topmost car deck is only used for lifting, and the ground floor car deck is only used for shifting.
When parking, the user drives the car to the parking equipment with an available space, selects the target mechanical parking space, and enters the password or swipes the card. The parking space below the target car deck shifts to create a descending passage for the target space. The target car deck descends to the ground via the lifting system, and the safety gate automatically rises (if applicable). The user drives the car into the car deck in reverse. Reversing into the space is based on international parking safety practices. After the user parks the vehicle, they leave the car deck and swipe their card again at the control panel. At this time, the safety gate automatically lowers (if applicable). The parking system automatically stores the vehicle in the target space, and the entire parking process is complete. In this type of semi-automated parking equipment, the ground floor parking space can be directly reversed into the automated parking garage after swiping the card.
When retrieving the vehicle, the user swipes their card or enters the password, and the parking space below the target space shifts to create a descending passage for the target space. The target car deck descends to the ground via the lifting system, and the safety gate automatically rises. The user drives the vehicle out of the automated parking garage and swipes their card again, and the safety gate automatically lowers, completing the entire retrieval process.
