Tada PXD warehouse-style lane stacking parking equipment adopts PARKROBT parking robot handling technology without pallet transfer. It has low height requirements, high technical content, and intelligence. It has an automatic centering device, high safety, reliability, automation, and high car access efficiency. It can be set outdoors (generally using a fully enclosed type), indoors, above ground, or underground, according to different sites. At the same time, this equipment also requires relatively independent car storage space without interference from other equipment. One one-lane stacker and handler is suitable for 50-100 vehicles. According to the specific usable area of different garages, five floors are usually suitable.
Equipment Composition
PXD lane stacking type mechanical parking equipment mainly consists of a steel structure, stacker, car transporter ( parking robot ), car storage rack, rotating disc (automatic turning), entrance and exit system, detection device, safety device, intelligent frequency conversion control system, monitoring and parking fee management system.

When parking, the car is parked on the platform at the entrance and exit of the automated parking garage. The detection device at the entrance and exit detects the length, width, and height data of the vehicle, and can park the vehicle on different parking floors. The comb-type parking robot moves to the bottom of the vehicle and uses the comb-type misalignment and cross-action to lift the car onto the transporter. It moves under the vehicle and moves the vehicle to a stacker, and then uses the lane stacker to park the car in a specific parking space.
When retrieving the car, the user swipes their card at the entrance and exit of the parking lot or makes an appointment through the APP, and the system sends instructions to the parking robot. After receiving the instructions, the parking robot moves to the position of the car storage rack and uses the comb-type misalignment and cross-action to lift the car from the car storage rack to the transporter. Then, through a series of actions, the car is moved to the lane stacker, and finally, the vehicle is transported to the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and the steering wheel is turned to the exit direction for easy retrieval by the user.
