Equipment Composition
The PCS large platform vertical lift tower-type fully automated parking garage mainly consists of a steel structure, a large platform lift, a vehicle transporter (parking robot), a parking rack, an entrance and exit system, a detection device, a safety device, an intelligent variable frequency control system, and a monitoring and parking fee management system.

Equipment Principle
When parking, the vehicle is parked on the platform at the entrance and exit of the automated parking garage. The detection device at the entrance and exit detects the vehicle's length, width, and height data, and can park the vehicle at parking levels of different heights. The comb-type parking robot moves to the bottom of the vehicle and uses a comb-type misalignment cross-action to lift the vehicle onto the transporter. It moves under the vehicle and moves the vehicle to the large platform that can be lifted, and then parks the vehicle in a specific parking space through a planar movement.
When retrieving a vehicle, the user swipes their card at the entrance and exit of the parking lot or makes an appointment via the APP, and the system sends instructions to the parking robot. After receiving the instructions, the parking robot moves to the position of the parking rack and uses a comb-type misalignment cross-action to lift the vehicle from the parking rack onto the transporter. Then, through a series of planar movements, the vehicle is moved to the large platform that can be lifted, and finally, the vehicle is transported to the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and the steering wheel is turned to the exit direction for easy retrieval by the user.
