The PSH three-story puzzle semi-automated parking system mainly uses motor-driven steel wire rope lifting, which can build a three-story mechanical parking garage, either above ground or underground. A maximum of eight floors can be designed above ground, with the entrance and exit on the ground floor. Using a large-span design, it is very suitable for construction in green spaces, residential buildings, and office building basements. Compared with similar equipment, it makes full use of the underground space and has a relatively high space utilization rate. 
 
The PSH three-story puzzle parking equipment adopts a parking solution that uses the lifting or shifting of the vehicle platform to achieve vehicle access. Its scale can be large or small, and it can be arbitrarily combined and arranged according to different terrains and spaces. It has high space utilization, reliable equipment, fast vehicle access, and simple use and maintenance. Therefore, it is a multi-story automated parking solution with a small footprint and low construction costs. 
 
The PSH three-story puzzle semi-automated parking system can build seven mechanical parking spaces in the space of three flat parking spaces, making it a suitable automated parking solution for the renovation of old residential areas.

Equipment Composition

 

The PSH three-story puzzle semi-automated parking system mainly consists of a steel structure, top frame, horizontal shifting frame, vehicle platform, lifting system, horizontal shifting system, transmission part, safety protection system, and PLC fully automatic control system.

 

 

Equipment Principle

 

PSH three-story puzzle semi-automated Parking System. It can achieve separation of pedestrian and vehicle traffic, suitable for new residential areas and the renovation of old residential areas to increase parking spaces. Its operating principle is like a Rubik's Cube, using the puzzle of the vehicle platform to achieve intelligent storage of vehicles. The topmost vehicle platform is only used for lifting, the ground floor vehicle platform is only used for horizontal shifting, and the middle layers can both lift and shift.

 

When parking, the user drives the car to the parking equipment with an available space, selects the target mechanical parking space, and enters a password or swipes a card. The parking space below the target vehicle platform shifts horizontally to create a descending channel for the target parking space. The vehicle platform of the target parking space descends to the ground via the lifting system, and the safety gate automatically rises (if available). The user drives the car into the vehicle platform of the automated parking system in reverse. Reversing into the space is based on international parking safety practices. After the user parks the vehicle properly, they leave the vehicle platform and swipe their card again at the control panel. At this time, the safety gate automatically lowers (if available). The parking system automatically stores the vehicle in the target parking space, and the entire parking process is complete. 
 
When retrieving the vehicle, the user swipes their card or enters a password, and the parking space below the target parking space shifts horizontally to create a descending channel for the target parking space. The target parking space descends to the ground via the lifting system, and the safety gate automatically rises. The user drives the vehicle out of the automated parking system and swipes their card again, and the safety gate automatically lowers, completing the entire retrieval process.
