The PSH 4-layer puzzle parking garage equipment mainly uses motor-driven steel wire rope lifting, which can build a 4-layer mechanical parking garage, with a maximum of eight layers. The entrance and exit are on the ground floor, using a large-span design, which is very suitable for construction in green squares, residential buildings, and office building basements. Compared with similar equipment, it makes full use of the underground part and is a type of equipment with relatively high space utilization. 
 
PSH 4-layer puzzle parking equipment is a parking solution that uses the lifting or shifting of the vehicle platform to achieve vehicle access. Its scale can be large or small, and it can be arbitrarily combined and arranged according to different terrains and spaces. It has high space utilization, reliable equipment, fast vehicle access, and simple use and maintenance. Therefore, it is a multi-layer puzzle parking solution with a small footprint and low construction cost.

Equipment Composition

 

The PSH above-ground 4-layer puzzle parking garage is mainly composed of a steel structure, top frame, horizontal shifting frame, vehicle platform, lifting system, horizontal shifting system, transmission part, safety protection system, and PLC fully automatic control system.

 

 

Equipment Principle

 

The PSH 4-layer puzzle parking garage can achieve separation of people and vehicles, suitable for increasing parking spaces in newly built and old residential areas. Its operating principle is like a Rubik's Cube, using the puzzle of the vehicle platform to achieve intelligent storage of cars. The topmost vehicle platform is only used for lifting, the ground floor vehicle platform is only used for horizontal shifting, and the middle 2-3 layers can both lift and shift.

 

When parking, the user drives the car to the parking equipment with an empty parking space, selects the target mechanical parking space, and enters the password or swipes the card. The parking space below the target vehicle platform shifts horizontally to form a downward channel for the target parking space. The vehicle platform of the target parking space descends to the ground through the lifting system, and the safety door automatically rises (if any). The user drives the car into the vehicle platform of the puzzle parking garage in reverse. Reversing into the parking space is based on international parking safety considerations. After the user parks the vehicle properly, they leave the vehicle platform and swipe the card again at the control panel. At this time, the safety door automatically lowers (if any). The parking system automatically stores the vehicle in the target parking space, and the entire parking process is complete. 
 
When retrieving the vehicle, the user swipes the card or enters the password, and the parking space below the target parking space shifts horizontally to form a downward channel for the target parking space. The target parking space descends to the ground through the lifting system, and the safety door automatically rises. The user drives the vehicle out of the puzzle parking garage and swipes the card again, and the safety door automatically lowers, and the entire retrieval process is complete.
