Equipment Composition
The PCS cylindrical vertical lifting tower parking garage mainly consists of a steel structure, a lifting and rotating platform, a vehicle transporter (parking robot), parking racks, an entrance and exit system, a detection device, a safety device, an intelligent variable frequency control system, a monitoring and parking fee management system.
Equipment Principle
When parking, the vehicle is parked on the platform at the entrance and exit of the parking garage. The detection device at the entrance and exit detects the length, width, and height data of the vehicle, and can park the vehicle on parking floors of different heights. The comb-type parking robot moves to the bottom of the vehicle and uses the comb-type misalignment and cross-action to lift the vehicle onto the transporter. It moves under the vehicle and moves the vehicle to the lifting and rotating platform, and then parks the vehicle in a specific parking space through planar movement.
When retrieving the vehicle, the user swipes their card at the entrance and exit of the parking garage or makes an appointment through the APP, and the system sends instructions to the parking robot. After receiving the instructions, the parking robot moves to the position of the parking rack and uses the comb-type misalignment and cross-action to lift the vehicle from the parking rack to the transporter. Then, through a series of planar movement actions, the vehicle is moved to the lifting and rotating platform, and finally the vehicle is transported to the entrance and exit of the parking garage and the steering wheel is turned to the exit direction for easy retrieval by the user.
