Tada PCS standard tray-type vertical lifting tower parking garage generally uses two parking spaces per level, with a maximum of 25 levels, a vehicle capacity of about 50, a height of about 50 meters, and 40 vehicles with a height of about 36 meters. It has the smallest footprint, the highest land utilization rate, low vibration, and low noise. This type is suitable for projects with limited land, such as high-rise office buildings, residential buildings, hospitals, and integrated commercial buildings, newly built independent parking garages, and old city renovations.
Equipment Composition
The PCS standard vertical lifting tower parking system uses Tray Exchange Car exchange technology, mainly composed of a steel structure, car carrier, cabin-type vertical lift, access exchange device (friction wheel drive), entrance and exit detection system, automatic door, intelligent variable frequency control system, monitoring and parking fee management system.
Equipment Principle
When parking, the car is parked on the car carrier at the entrance and exit of the automated parking garage. The entrance and exit detection device detects the length, width, and height of the vehicle to park it on different parking levels. After the vehicle is detected, the cabin-type lifting mechanism vertically lifts the car and the car carrier to the designated level. Then, the horizontal movement mechanism with friction wheels installed on the cabin sends the vehicle and the car carrier to the designated parking space.
When retrieving the car, the user swipes their card or makes an appointment through the APP at the entrance and exit of the parking garage, and the system sends instructions to the PLC. The cabin-type lifting mechanism lifts to the designated parking level, and then the horizontal movement mechanism with friction wheels installed on the cabin moves the car carrier and the car from the designated parking space to the cabin. Finally, the vehicle is transported to the entrance and exit of the parking garage and the steering wheel is turned to the exit direction for easy retrieval by the user.
