The PSH PIT Model multi-parking system are currently one of the most widely used semi-automated parking system solutions on the market and one of the types with the highest market share in China.
PSH four-layer lifting and sliding with sunken pit automated parking system. The (two underground and two above-ground) parking equipment uses motor drive + chain lifting, allowing for the construction of a four-layer mechanical parking garage combining two underground and two ground levels. It's an automated parking system combining underground and above-ground spaces, with the entrance on the ground floor. Using a large-span design, it's ideal for construction in green spaces, residential buildings, and office building basements. Compared to similar equipment, it makes full use of the underground space, resulting in high space utilization.
PSH four-layer lifting and sliding parking equipment uses a solution where vehicle carriers lift or shift horizontally to achieve vehicle access. Its scale can be large or small, allowing for arbitrary combinations and arrangements according to different terrains and spaces. It boasts high space utilization, reliable equipment, quick vehicle access, and simple use and maintenance. Therefore, it is a multi-story, multi-section automated parking system solution with a small footprint, making full use of underground space and having low construction costs.
A PSH four-layer lifting and sliding automated parking system with a sunken pit can be built on the space of 5 flat parking spaces, creating 18 pit puzzle parking spaces. It is an automated parking system solution suitable for the renovation of old residential areas.
Equipment Composition
The PSH four-layer lifting and sliding automated parking system with a sunken pit mainly consists of a steel structure, vehicle carriers, a lifting system, a horizontal movement system, a transmission part, a safety protection system, and a PLC fully automatic control system.

Equipment Principle
The PSH four-layer lifting and sliding automated parking system with a sunken pit is suitable for increasing parking spaces in newly built and old residential areas. Its operating principle is like a Rubik's Cube, using the lifting and horizontal movement of vehicle carriers to achieve intelligent automated parking system storage of vehicles. The top and sunken pit level carriers are only used for lifting, while the ground level carriers are only used for horizontal movement.
When parking, the user drives the car to the parking equipment with an available space, selects the target mechanical parking space, and enters a password or swipes a card. The carrier of the target parking space moves to the ground via the lifting system, and the safety gate automatically rises (if available). The user drives the car into the carrier of the automated parking system in reverse. Reversing into the space is based on international parking safety practices. After the user parks the vehicle, they leave the carrier and swipe their card again at the control panel. At this time, the safety gate automatically lowers (if available). The parking system automatically stores the vehicle in the target space, and the entire parking process is complete. For this type of automated parking system equipment, ground-level spaces can be accessed directly by reversing into the automated parking system after swiping the card.
When retrieving a vehicle, the user swipes their card or enters a password, and the target parking space moves to the ground via the lifting system, and the safety gate automatically rises (if available). The user drives the vehicle out of the automated parking system and swipes their card again, and the safety gate automatically lowers, completing the retrieval process.
